Although the machine production date is a long time ago, there is no rust phenomenon of plate and electrical connections, especially circuit board, the solder joints and plugin are bright. According to related maintenance experiences, this electrical design is different from common medical-x-ray machine. Among of them, x-ray tube has size focus and rotating anode, but anode supply high voltage(25KV-50KV) and the cathode filament transformer is placed in console and filament voltage(6V-8V) supply cathode directly and grounding. You can measure tube current in one side of cathode; M1, M2, M3 supply power for rotating anode; CS, CL ,CO(6V-8V) go into the tube components directly and supply power for size focus; The high voltage generator T1, T2 are primary contact and there is only high voltage cable going into the tube components anode.

The following you can turn on the power, exposure program is normal, but there is no instruction of milliammeter and there is no x-rays production; Check every relay and find one contact adhesion; Repair it well and test it, you can find that relay actuation is unstable; The ready indicator has went out and you will doubt that there is short circuit phenomenon; Then remove the load in turn and test. At last, you will find that there is problem of molybdenum aluminum filter conversion part of spotlighting tube, everything is good after repairing it.
