First,Oil leakage of X-ray tube tube head

Firstly, Fault phenomena:When use it, there is oil exudating from pipe sleeve. You can see bubbles in tube as you shake pipe sleeve. If it is serious, when connect high voltage, it will cause high voltage discharge. So for ensuring pipe sleeve position, you can clean tube head and put in oven; The temperature is controled in 60℃ and keep for a period of time and take it out to check carefully.

Secondly, Window crack or window sealing gasket is invalid，you should replace new one or rubber gasket;

Thirdly, the oil hole or vent is closed; rubber gasket or lead washers is damaged; Screw didn't fixed。If the gasket is damaged, you should replace new one; If the screw doesn’t fixed, you should check carefully and repair it.

Fourth, High voltage socket crack or copper binding post is not tight with insulation medium die-casting. The before one, you have to replace new one; The latter one, you can use epoxy resin to repair it or replace new one.

Fifth, Bilge shrink is old or damaged, you should replace new one.

Sixth, Fixed screw of high voltage socket。In most conditions, the gasket is invalid and cause this fault. You should replace new one. Before replacing, you must take out x-ray tube and avoid damage it.

Second, high voltage discharge in pipe sleeve

Firstly, there are fiber and the other impurities in insulation oil。You can replace insulation oil of 30kv/25ram.

Secondly,  The impending conductor is near of high voltage which is neither grounding nor charged. When high voltage happened, it produced induced charge. As induced charge accumulate a certain degree, it will happen electrostatic discharge discontinuity. When repair it, you must take down pipe head and make the conductor connect high voltage or grounding. For example, The socket of fixed X-ray tube anode in pipe head, it is usually high voltage socket of three copper-core line. There is no short circuit in core line, it will be induction charged and cause discharge.

Thirdly, The filament binding post loose or lead line is too long and is near of pipe sleeve when repair new tube. It will cause discharge in the role of high voltage electric field. You have to take down tube head and fixed filament lead line. As lead line is too long, you can cut a few properly.

Fourth, Pipe sleeve oil leakage make bubbles appear in pipe sleeve. It will lead to happen discharge in pipe sleeve. You should eliminate oil leakage and fill with oil

Third, X-ray tube position is not accurate

Firstly, Fault phenomena : When do photography, you can see one side of film is not clear; You can observe that X-rays focus is not the center of the window; Use fluorescence paper or add feeling screen placed in window and exposure, x-ray image is half bright and half dark.

 Secondly, Don’t fixed when install it and lead to x-ray position change. You should take down pipe sleeve to check and fixed it again.
