Medical instruments maintenance rules of JiaYu medical company
1. There are 12 months for maintenance (since purchasing). During the period, if the instrument has any quality problem, which conformed by our post-sale engineer, we can provide gratis maintenance service or relevant parts free of charge (not include transport costs and insurance), you must show the maintenance card (consumer conserved document) or invoice.
2. According to relevant stipulation of the country, it isn’t in the maintenance row because of the following instrument hitches（ If the following situation happened, we can not guarantee but repair by charge）:
·Creating the hitch when consumers use inappropriately or operate without according to operation directions;
·Users open and examine by oneself without the conformation of JiaYu medical company post-sale engineer after the instrument have occurred the hitch or repaired not in our assigned service organization;
·Ex-factory number of the instrument has been altered or maintenance card has error;
·Because of the man-made damage. Such as collision and inundation and so on during using periods;
·Creating the hitch because of unexpected disaster accident (such as fire disaster, flood, earthquake, thunder stroke, explosion and so on);
·Easy-consuming product beyond the range of maintenance, for example: lamp, safety tube, grinding wheel, etc;
·Damage from the transportation process after purchasing.
