The first fault phenomena: Open the machine and press the power button and the two machines don’t have any responses, you press power switch and it is still invalid. After preliminary analysis, maybe power parts appear problem(Socket contact is good and proves that there is power); The computer doesn’t have any alarm sound. It seems that the motherboard doesn’t load needed voltage and power fan doesn’t turn and computer doesn’t load power.

 Examination analysis: Open the box and check the contact of mainboard and power carefully and find that there is no abnormal; There is no short circuit phenomenon and get tight other parts of attachment; When you open thee machine, the fault is still there; Then you can adopt replacement method to prove. Use one 250V power instead of that. Boot power indicator light and power fan of computer turn after several minutes; The following, you can hear sound of computer hard disk self-check and display light gradually. But after a while, start interrupt and show “CMOS Load Failure” and tip that press F2 key to continue starting. Press “Del” key to go into BIOS set and find that it cann’t enter into desktop after restart. Replace CMOS battery and install all equipments and start machine again. It displays “CMOS Load Failure” and enter into “BIOS” set and choose “ Load BIOS SAFE DEFAULTS” and start machine again. The machine work normally.

Analysis and Conclusion:

Review the whole maintenance process: The first reason is power problem; The second is that CMOS batteries have no power. Repairing the machine, we should deal with in accordance with the specific situation of the machine.

 The second fault phenomena: Press perspective foot brake, two machine don’t have any images display, X-ray indicator doesn’t light.

 Examination analysis: The machine convert to photography mode and machine exposure normally. X-ray indicator doesn’t still light. Check X-ray indicator and find it damage. Convert to perspective model and placed film before window for a long time to test. It finds that no matter it is automatic mode or manual mode, there is no x-rays and remove image circuit fault. Due to common photographic is normal, it can remove high pressure circuit fault and consider perspective signal control circuit.

Analysis and Conclusion: Low pressure part components damage possibility is small and consider contact problem. Pulled out and insert relevant control board in turn. Then you can find that there is bad contact phenomenon of Circuit board on control board of beam light; Adjust beam of light time and opening is no change. Consider that whether perspective is relative with beam of light or not. Manual adjustment, the fault is removed.
