Open the right cabinet of machine and find that bulb normally in high pressure box. It proves that power box has charged; Then use multimeter monitor every port output of power box; You can find that only +5V exist， the +12v, +7.5V and +15V scanning voltage don’t have. After that disconnect each load and measure every voltage, you will find that +5V doesn’t exsit. At the same time, check every load resistance and it shows normally. The following you can take down power box and try to repair component. When you open power box, you will find that the whole machine power is consist of two circuit board, one provides +5V and power of programmable high pressure box; the other offers +12V voltage which system seft-checking need when start machine. Most important, every voltage output of power has feedback signal; Then you can check any one voltage output and find that it has problem or disconnecting load, it will lead to power protection without output. After examination of practical circuit board, you can find that ±12V，±7.5V，±15V and sanning voltage producing is the same crcuit board and same sitch transformer subprime output; The following you use multimeter to examinate public parts of switch power, you can see that corresponding switch tube MJWI6010A and effect tube were breakdown. IRF460 is easy to buy, but MJWI6010A is difficult to purchase. In addition, it is difficult to see in the general components use notebook.
