There were 78 enterprises doing exporting trade of colour ultrasound and the foreign companies were 22 and exports were 2.37706 billion dollars and accounted for 86.9% in total exports; Private enterprises were 38 and exports were 27.7983 million dollarts and accounted for 10.16%. Among of them, producting B ultrasound private enterprises is less than it gradually. The State-owned enterprises were 18 and the export volume was 8.0407 million dollars, accounting for 2.94% of total export amount. From the quantity, private enterprises were more than state-owned enterprises, but exports were lower than foreign enterprises. So foreign companies are still main part of China colour ultrasound export.

The top ten enterprise exports were 2.5563 billion dollars and accounted for 93.46% in total exports. Among of them, the top three exports of General electric medical system (China) Co., LTD, Shenzhen mindray biological medical electronic Co., LTD and Neusoft philips medical equipment system Co., LTD were more than 30 million dollars and their exports scales were higher than the rest of the seven companies.

Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong are three areas of impoting colour ultrasound.

In 2010, there were 27 proviences that imported colour ultrasound. The top ten importing proviences were Beijing, Guangdong, Shanghai, Jinagsu, Liaoning, Zhejiang, Shangdong, Fujian, Henan and Chongqing. From importing amounts, Beijing, Guangdong and Shanghai’s imports were 1.522085 billion dollars, 1.180847 billion dollars and 83.7551 million dollars. They were higher than the rest of seven proviences. These three proviences accounted for 60.78% in total exports. From importing amounts, Beijing and chongqing had increased fastly, they were 50.16% and 55.14%.
