Early lesion is high--density enhance and is higher than normal liver tissue time 10-30 seconds. Then lesions density fell rapidly and is close to normal liver tissue density. Liver tissue will be low density leison if leison density continue to fall. It can continue several minutes. Dynamic scanning early enhance picture is easy to find skatellite leison that mass diameter is less than 1cm or 1-2cm.
Second, Non- dynamic scanning: General scanning is 15 seconds at least and so lliver level of leison is a different density in dynamic scan in any terms. Most of leisons are located in low density term and so leisons decrease obviously
