Therefore, the following, we would be led by the captain and researched our strategy. With the first game finishing, our team had lost the game, so our captain would accept the punishment and do fourty push-ups. Thus, we corrected the last game existing question and strengthen the communication and cooperation of the members. At last, we won the game. With the game difficulty increasing gradually, it is more and more fierce. By the game, the members of the coordination and communication are very important for a team. In the fierce market competition, if one member makes a mistake, one team or the whole company would suffer a loss, especially medical equipment industry, high-tech medical equipments have been accounted by multinational enterprise, such as Digital Radiography, MRI and Computed Tomography.
