After that you measure developing solution temperature and find that it is 22℃ and CT film temperature is stipulated in 32℃.

Second, analysis and maintenance

The problem has appeared for a long time and measured developing solution temperature and find that it is only 22℃ and developing solution don’t repeat; Then pour out developing solution and fixing solution and replace water to test; After that, you can charge for machine and use large capacity syringe pumping; Then wash the entrance and export of cycle pathways; The next step, it will rush out large solid precipitation. After several times washing, liquid can cycle, but temperature don’t increase. The you take down machine and check overheat protector and find it good and heating tube is good. Only heating voltage don’t add. You can measure heating tube insulation resistance and don’t find abnormal phenomenon of short circuit for land. When you add 220V voltage to heating tube, temperature increase normaly. So the problem is appearing in control circuit; The circuit firing line is controled by BTA16 600B and silicon controlled TR trigger is controled by photoelectric coupler(MOC3041 C603) output trigger signal; You measure it and find that both ends of photoelectric coupler input voltage keep with 5V, it proves that photoelectric coupler don’t have voltage and its both ends is open; Then use the same model photoelectric coupler MOC3041 replace it and charge to measure input voltage of photoelectric coupler is less 5V; Then plug in heating tube and keep 220V voltage; In fifteen minutes, developing solution temperature can increase 32℃ and keep this temperature. The fault has removed and machine work normally.
