As Philips color ultrasonic system has used for a period of time, it will have the following  faults. Now let me introduce it:

First, the machine cann’t open. When the power recover, open back cover and back-end power cover and connect with one line between PS-ON and GND. Then take down cable plug of SPD and P3 sensor plug; Open the power circuit breaker again and observe whether power supply is stable or not. If it is stable, we must replace UMB joint motherboard components; if not, segregate SPD board every components. Firstly, Disconnect the power supply and take down one cable power supply connector and start machine again; Check whether the power supply can work or not. If it is normal, it proves that the component of disconnecting the plug has short circuit fault, you can replace it. If it cann’t be opened the machine, we can put back the disconnecting plug and disconnect the other plug and start the machine. If you replace all plug, it proves that backstage power has fault; Then you can judge black screen fault method and take down back cover; The following you can extend UMB board and disconnect the power of DVI video joint and the others power, then you can connect monitor with AGP board; The next step you can open the machine, if there is image, we replace for UAVI0; If there is no imge, you can use the other AGP board exchange. After exchange, there is no imge, display is damaged. If there is image, it proves that there is one AGP board having fault, replacing it is ok.
