First, Open the filament or half open

Second, Rotating anode doesn’t turn

When happens this fault, it displays rotating anode fault. It is fault which the tube itself causes, there are two reasons causing this fault: One is rotating anode stator coil damage; The other is anode rotor rotating doesn’t work or large clearance after bearing damage. When it charges, Magnetic field distribution is imbalance.

Third, Vacuum tube core decreases or tube core glass shell damage

This fault is that overload alarm. There are two reasons causing tube core vacuum decreasing: One is that tube itself or machine control parts causing metal target surface damage or vaporization, it leads to vacuum degree decrease in tube; The other is that tube doesn’t use for a long time and there is gas entering into tube core and tube core damage make oil go into tube.

Fourth, High voltage spark of tube set inside

The fault happens, alarm display overload; The slight is that there is pa, pa high voltage spark voice from tube. Although this machine can work, the tube has been damaged. You must stop using.

Fifth, The tube leakage

Seals damage causes the tube leakage.
