Electric maintenance is mainly checking whether every the output of power module is stable and accurate or not, whether DC output has serious interference ripple or not; Examinate relay contact is good; Inspect the heat of resistor, capacitor, solid relay and color change.

CT exposure fault

Fault phenomena:

After ready work of exposure finishing, press exposure key but it cann’t exposure and tip rotation frame cann’t find stop position. From phenomenon and tip, we can judge fault has notthing to do with high pressure. It is relative with rotating machinery and rotary control circuit. Open frame, use hand shank to shake frame and find transmission gears of rotating pulse encoder wore completely. You can make small adjustments on machine and make gears turn normaly.

If CT isn’t still normal. You can check that whether there is coding pulse or not when it rotates. Then invoke program to check as it rotates and find pulse unstable. You can judge encoder failure. Then you can replace new component.
