According to British engineer website reports, Britain University is developing x-rays sensor which can prevent doctors dealting a cancer patient. This sensor can give the alarm when x-rays project the absence of a disease tissue so remind doctor stop illuminating.

This sensor development is basic on charged particles sensor detection in physics research. Accoring to design requirment, it has to be very thin because it is placed in between patients and source. In that condition, it cann’t affect normal illuminate of the x-rays. The sensor can not only detect ray radiation of 0.0001% but also doctors can use collimator in sensor to adjust shape and strength of medical-x-ray machine accuratly so that medical-x-ray machine can hit tumor location exactly.

In addition, the researchers are developing the related software which can prevent the problem when use this sensor. It is forcasted that the final products of sensor will be applicated in hospitals after samples developed for three years.
