Hitachi Medical Corporation will be going to establish new factory of producting MRI and other medical equipments. The new factory will be operated in August, 2012. New factory’ products will be sold to south Asia and other emerging market countries. With new medical institutions increasing and medical treatment rapid development, emerging countries have a larger demand of diagnostic equipments. New factory is the production center of general model in global market. But high-end models are produced in Japan. After the new factory establishing, it produces MRI, medical X-ray machine, Veterinary x-ray equipment and ECG. Then they will increase investment in accordance with market demand.

Some general machines produced by HMC in Japan will transfer to China new factory. In this condiction, it can greatly improve production efficiency and enhance the cost competitiveness. This measure also meet basic medical market rapid expanding after China medical reform policy implemented. Undoubtedly, it increases basic medical market competition.
