Preparation:

First: You should be ready to the same model of tube and remember delivery number before installation.

Send: Being ready well the oil of 25# transformer.

Third: You should heat up the oil of transformer to 100 degrees Celsius

Process of installation:

First: You should open the anode firstly, then you can see a line which is put into from cable sets

and tear down that line first.

Second: Opening cathode cover of tube.

Third: After that, remove the three lines: Large focus, small focus and public line.

Fourth: Opening three screws of fixed X-Ray ball and the other three screws that are fixed in tube.

Fifth: Then you can take out circular ring and tear down X-ray tube

Sixth: In that condition, you can put into a hand to strength the X-ray tube and then use the inside hand to turn to anode-the counter-clockwise direction and you can take down X-ray tube.

Seventh: You should be careful when the installation. If you want to the opposite sequence, you should pay attention to the center point of X-ray tube being aiming at center position of window.

Eighth: You can put burning transformer into tube(less than sixty degrees Celsius) after all things being fixed.

Ninth: Leave along it for some time.
