Tips for Inspection and Maintenance of B Ultrasound Scanner
Technician of our company give some tips for maintaining b ultrasound scanner, and those tips are valuable to you, and functional for your machine.
1. Maintenance of host
(1) The environment around Instrument should be consistent with the requirements of specification.
(2) If housing needs cleaning, equipment should be turned off, and wipe it with a cleaning agent; when clean inside, equipment must be turned off, and open the instrument case, dust it with a hair dryer.
(3) Instrument should not be frequently opened and closed. If re-opened it, you have to wait for 2 to 3 minutes at least.
(4) If instrument is going to not be used for a long time, equipment should be placed in the packing case by the direction indicated by the case, then properly store it in the warehouse, whose environment should meet the specification requirements. Note: If you do not use the B-ultrasound scanner, you should check the power system every three months.
2. Maintenance of probe
(1) The probe is a valuable and vulnerable part, no collisions and falls. During pause time of diagnosis, it should be put into the box, and please press the freeze button, so that the probe is at "frozen" state.
(2) Please regularly check the probe cable and socket. Non-bending or pulling the probe cable, or that may result in broken connections inside the cable.
(3) Once probe is connected with the host, it is not optionally allowed to take down, for avoiding the probe plugs and sockets exposed. Turn off the instrument before you try to connect or remove the probe.
(4) Instruments used in contact with the probe agent for "medical ultrasound coupling agent." Probe is non-watertight structure, so prohibit immersing it into any conductive liquid, in order to avoid corrosion of the probe and sheath.
(5) After diagnosis, you can gently wipe the probe with hygienic paper r or towels, and disinfect it, then put it inside the box for safekeeping.
3. Maintenance of monitor
(1) Monitors should be kept ventilated, and keep indoor clean and dry. Not be closed heat, no direct sunlight.
(2) Do not bend the signal and power line, don’t place objects on the instrument.
(3) Do not operate it while electricity is on, which could avoid screen flicker or abnormal.
(4) Clean the monitor with detergents, and wiping the housing of monitor and CRT surface with soft and damp cloth is feasible. We suggest that unplug the power cord before clean the monitor.
(5) For a long time when not in use, please disconnect the power and dust. Carry gently.
