Our technician give some suggestions for maintaining b ultrasound scanner, and these suggestions, which you should practice, are necessary to your scanner using.
1. System service and maintenance
Monthly check the following items:
(1) cable connector. Check whether exist mechanical failure.
(2) Inspect the entire cable. Check whether the cable is scratched or worn.
(3) Inspect whether the device hardware is loose or with defects.
(4) Whether the control panel and the keyboard is faulty.
(5) Whether the wheel lock correctly.
2. Weekly maintenance
The system requires weekly service and maintenance to ensure its safety and reliability. You have to weekly clean the following items:
(1) Monitor: clean the surface. You can gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth. don’t clean the filter layer (anti-glare coating) monitor with the glass cleaner whose main component is hydrocarbon, cleaning fluid (anti-glare coating) of the monitor.
(2) The operator control panel: Use non-abrasive neutral soapy water to wipe the control panel. Clean the buttons or controls with cotton swabs, and remove the solid dirt between the buttons and controls with toothpicks.
(3) tape recorders (vcR): Turn off the power, and disconnect the power cord. Wipe its surface a soft and dry cloth.
(4) Trackball: shut down the system. You revolve the fixed ring counterclockwise until it can be released from the keyboard, pressing the rabbet of the fixed ring of trackball .Then take out the inside fixed ring and trackball, then Cleanup the oil and dust on the trackball with detergent or dry cloth.
