Medical Ultrasound development introduction
Ultrasound examination technology is a clinical imaging which combines with acoustics, mechanical, electronics and medical industry. Ultrasonic inspection technology development can be divided into the followings:
First,Exploration of wave method
In the 1940 s, people had explored ultrasound and wave method and found that ultrasonic wave was better than x-rays in the image shows of soft tissue; Then combined with radar technology and acoustic inspection principle and developed Amplitude Modulation; But A dimensional waveform was difficult to describe human organs image.
Second, The research of acoustic imaging method
After the 50 s, people had researched sonographic views imaging and B type ultrasound (Brightness Modulation) and ultrasound imaging evolved into plane image from waveform curve; It was developed into two dimensional imaging from one dimensional imaging; After that composite scanning principle was put forward and developed P type, BP type and M type, B type heart cut imaging; The 60 s’s slow imaging developed into quick imaging and after that doppler technology was developed.
Third, Develop forward period
After 70 s, B type had improved to real-time imaging from static imaging; Then Multifunctional imaging system of digital scan converter and processing has invented gradually. Freezing, and focus had improved gradually; The several doppler imaging technology had invented and expanded video technology display field and image resolution and a ccuracy is more perfect.
Fourth, rapid development
In the 80 s, Ultrasound diagnostic instrument was mor and more precision, automation, integration, muti-function; Then 3 d technology was born; Color ultrasonic system and color doppler ultrasound were appeared. Ultrasound diagnosis technology was listed as four medical imaging with X-rays, nuclear medicine, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technology because painless, nondestructive, no ion radiation and can be repeated inspection.
