血糖仪的可用性工程设计框架
一、医疗器械可用性工程
可用性工程(亦称人因工程)是一个专注于医疗器械用户体验和人机界面安全设计与评测的过程,使得医疗设备和系统不仅满足技术和功能性的要求,而且确保在实际医疗环境中方便、有效和安全地使用。
该过程涉及对目标用户的深入理解,包括用户的实际需求、操作习惯、身体条件以及认知能力,以设计出用户友好的产品。通过一系列定量和定性研究手段,如用户访谈、观察、任务分析和原型测试,开发团队能够收集关键的使用信息,并据此采用迭代的设计策略,确保医疗器械能有效协助用户完成既定的医疗任务,同时减少误操作和相关风险。
二、可用性工程在医疗器械合规性要求方面扮演着重要角色
2021年 1月,国家卫生健康委员会颁布了《医疗器械临床使用管理办法》,明确了医疗机构应重点加强医疗器械的可用性评价工作。
2020年,国家药品监督管理局为规范医疗器械人因设计注册申报资料和审评要求,医疗器械技术审评中心组织起草了《医疗器械人因设计注册审查指导原则(征求意见稿)》。
2024年,国家药监局器审中心组织发布了《医疗器械可用性工程注册审查指导原则》及其应用说明。通告要求2024年10月8日起按照要求提交相应的可用性工程研究资料,作为注册申报资料。
美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)已要求医疗器械的设计和开发过程中必须执行严格的可用性工程。因此,可用性工程不仅关系到医疗器械的商业成功,更是保障公共健康和改善医疗服务质量的重要手段。
三、血糖仪的可用性工程原则
血糖仪是一种用于测量血液中葡萄糖水平的医疗器械,是糖尿病患者日常生活中的关键辅助设备。可用性工程对于血糖仪的设计和开发至关重要,因为它直接关联到患者的安全和健康管理效率。操作的简便性、准确性和一致性直接影响到糖尿病患者的血糖控制效果。
基于可用性工程原则,设计者可以深入理解患者使用血糖仪的真实环境和需求,从而创建更直观、更容易使用且错误率更低的设备。例如,考虑到患者可能因为糖尿病并发症如神经病变而存在的手部灵活性下降,可用性工程将引导设计师开发出易于握持和操作的测量仪器。此外,清晰易读的界面和简洁的引导过程,可以减少操作的复杂性,降低使用过程中出错的风险,从而提供更准确的测试结果。
综合考虑所有年龄和能力水平的用户,可用性工程不仅增强了血糖仪的普遍适用性和可接受性,还通过提高患者遵循性来改善治疗结果。
四、血糖仪的可用性工程的框架
基于医疗器械可用性工程过程,结合血糖仪用户类型和使用环境,构建了血糖仪的可用性工程框架,如图1所示。再依据图1中可用性工程的阶段1和阶段2的研究进展,介绍血糖仪的预期用户类型及其需求特征,以及由需求特征映射出的人机交互界面元素的设计要求。

阶段1:用户和应用环境分析
在血糖仪可用性工程的设计阶段,首先需要对潜在用户进行分析。患者的年龄、性别、文化程度、视力、手部活动能力等因素都会对血糖仪的使用产生影响。此外,还需要评估血糖仪可能的应用环境,例如家庭、医院、户外等,以及可能面临的温湿度、光线等环境条件。用户和应用环境分析可以为后续设计工作提供重要参考。
阶段2:使用场景和需求定义
基于初步用户细分和应用环境分析,确定血糖仪的具体使用场景和需求。患者在使用侵入式血糖仪时,可能需要考虑的几个关键步骤包括设备启动、试纸安装、血液采样、结果读数、数据记录和传输等。在使用非接触式血糖仪时,可能需要执行打开APP、结果读取等。此外,还需要了解患者对血糖仪的期望和需求,如操作简单、测量准确、设备耐用、易于携带等。这些信息将在产品设计阶段发挥关键作用。
阶段3:功能和任务分析
通过对使用场景和需求进行深入研究,进一步分析血糖仪所需实现的功能 和用户操作任务。需对各个功能和任务进行明确排序,包括测量血糖、评估并记录结果等所涉及的各种操作流程,以便设计易于理解和使用的产品。
阶段4:界面和交互设计
在明确功能和任务的基础上,进行血糖仪的界面和交互设计。设计过程中,应充分考虑用户需求、操作习惯以及医学专业知识。界面设计要简洁易懂,使用户能快速理解和满足操作需求。此外,交互设计需要将患者的操作限制、特殊需求等纳入考虑范围,使得血糖仪操作更加直观,便于患者准确操作。
阶段5:原型开发和迭代
根据界面和交互设计方案,制作血糖仪原型。原型可以是物理样品、虚拟模型,也可以是包含基本功能和界面设计的软件模拟。在原型制作过程中,需要通过不断迭代优化,以满足用户需求和改进潜在问题。原型应及时与潜在用户进行沟通和测试,收集反馈意见并优化产品设计。
阶段6:可用性评估与验证
完成血糖仪原型后,进行可用性评估和验证。常用的评估方法包括启发式评估、认知走查、实验室或现场用户测试等。通过这些评估方法,可以发现潜在的使用问题,识别需要优化的方向。可用性评估与验证环节将确保血糖仪的易用性、准确性和安全性,满足患者的实际应用需求。
阶段7:用户教育与支持
为确保血糖仪正确使用,需要提供充分的用户教育和支持。这包括制定详细的操作指南、教学视频、线上问答等,以便于患者或医务人员查阅。同时,还需提供技术支持和服务渠道,例如客户服务热线、在线答疑等。用户教育和支持至关重要,可以有效减少操作失误,保障患者安全。
